Abstract
目的 针对人工全髋置换术后关节稳定性差,易脱位,护理困难.自制可调式髋关节外展架限制髋关节过度内收等易引发的脱位.方法 通过21例人工全髋置换术后患者配带可调式髋关节外展架,观察其应用效果.结果 患者的关节稳定性,翻身活动,褥疮防治等均有良好效果.结论 该支架设计合理,操作简便,患者舒适,能有效防止假体脱位、褥疮的发生,方便护理.
