Abstract
Th17细胞是新近发现的CD4+T细胞亚群,因主要分泌白介素17而命名.白介素17是具有强大的招募中性粒细胞功能的前炎性细胞因子,可促进多种细胞释放炎性因子.Th17细胞在增强炎症反应的同时也提高了机体的防御能力,与肺部感染、气道慢性炎性疾病等密切相关.本文就此作一简要综述.
