Abstract
甲状腺结节是指位于甲状腺内的呈瘤样或非瘤样生长的局限性病灶.近年来,随着高频超声的广泛应用,其检出率明显增高,可达60%[1],但恶性检出率却相对较低,仅约1.6%~12%[2-3].使用超声评估甲状腺结节恶性风险早在1977年就被提出[4];2009年,Horvath等[5]参照乳腺影像报告和数据系统(Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System,BI-RADS),第一次提出了甲状腺影像报告和数据系统(Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System,TI-RADS).相继有学者和机构对超声评估甲状腺结节恶性风险进行了研究,但评估形式和描述术语并未得到完全统一和规范[6-11].
