目的 考察早息停喷雾剂中盐酸利多卡因、硝酸甘油的经皮渗透规律.方法 采用小鼠离体皮肤作为渗透屏障,高效液相色谱法测定吸收液中盐酸利多卡因、硝酸甘油的含量.结果 早息停喷雾剂中盐酸利多卡因、硝酸甘油在0～40 min范围内以零级速率透过.结论 早息停喷雾剂具有良好的经皮渗透作用.
