Abstract
收集经手术病理证实的婴儿(男,6个月)钙化性腱膜纤维瘤一例.患儿行胸部X线及CT检查,胸片表现无特异性,可见骨旁软组织骨化影.CT平扫示右侧胸壁内可见软组织密度肿块,与右侧胸大肌分界不清,内见多发大小不等的斑片状高密度钙化,周围肋骨呈溶骨性骨质破坏.本病最终诊断依靠病理.
