飞行员糖尿病住院治疗八例

Abstract
一、临床资料
2000～2003年间我院共收治因糖尿病入院的男性飞行员8例,年龄38～47岁,均诊断为Ⅱ型糖尿病,符合WHO诊断标准.其中直升机飞行员3人,初教机飞行员2人,歼击机飞行员3人;飞行时间500～2900 h.住院1～3次.全部为年度健康体检中发现血糖高而入院.其中两例有多饮、多尿史,两例有体重下降4～5kg外,其余均无典型的"三多一少"临床表现.8例中有5例合并脂肪肝和3例合并高脂血症.8例葡萄糖耐量试验全部达到糖尿病诊断标准.8例餐后尿糖阳性(+～++++).
