Abstract
小儿肛肠疾病的术前诊断及正确评价对于其治疗非常重要,常用的诊断方法有:MRI、造影、肛肠测压、肛门超声等.其中,肛管内超声(anal endosonography,AES)因为其操作简便,价格实惠,并能对肛门区域及其邻近组织有较好的解剖评估,在便秘和其他便失禁和巨结肠的诊断和随访中起着越来越重要的作用.本文主要就其重要性进行论述,其应用有待进一步的普及推广.
