Abstract
目的 探讨鼻成形术后重度挛缩鼻畸形的治疗方法及临床效果.方法 2014年3月至2016年6月,对中日友好医院整形外科19例因鼻成形手术造成鼻部严重挛缩畸形患者,采用术前手法牵引软组织,术中切取肋软骨,进行肋软骨结构移植搭建鼻部的支撑结构.结果 术后对19例患者随访5～27个月,挛缩鼻畸形得到纠正,鼻部外形满意,未再出现挛缩变形.结论 手法牵引改善软组织简便可行,自体肋软骨支架重建保证远期疗效,二者联合矫正医源性挛缩鼻畸形能达到远期鼻延长的良好效果.
