胎儿畸形选择引产孕妇心理准备的质性研究

Abstract
目的 深入了解选择引产的胎儿畸形孕妇的心理斗争过程及心理准备状况.方法 采用质性研究方法,对21例选择引产的胎儿畸形孕妇进行访谈.结果 升华出4个主题:知晓胎儿畸形时的应对、选择引产的心理障碍、引产的知识及来源、对未来生活的担忧.结论 医护人员应关注选择引产的胎儿畸形孕妇的心理准备状态,客观分析胎儿畸形严重程度,充分尊重孕妇的选择,减轻胎儿畸形孕妇的矛盾与负罪感,给予持续的专业支持,减轻引产前的焦虑,增强其引产后再孕的信心.
