Abstract
目的 评价医院进一步优化科研管理模式和服务平台在推动医院科研工作发展和青年人才队伍建设方面的作用.方法 通过加大科研基金支持力度和奖励力度、建立项目服务平台等,充分调动青年医师科研积极性,助力青年科研人才的成长.结果 2015-2016年青年医师立项课题和发表论文总数均有所增加,其中核心期刊及SCI论文发表数量明显增加,且有统计学意义.结论 自2015年医院逐渐加大对青年医师的科研投入,科研工作取得了显著成绩,保障了医院科研工作的可持续性发展.
