Abstract
CHFR是一个新的有丝分裂前期检查点基因,定位于染色体12q24.33,CHFR是Polo样激酶1(PLK1)的泛素连接酶.CHFR延迟染色体凝集、阻止细胞由有丝分裂早前期进入中前期.研究证实,CHFR是一个抑癌基因,CHFR表达沉默,对细胞周期的正常调控功能失活,最终导致肿瘤发生.阐明CHFR在肿瘤中的作用机制将为肿瘤的临床治疗提供一定的参考价值.
