Research On Measurement Of High-Precision Levelness Deviation Between Large Planes

摘要
High-precision levelness measurement between two different planes in space is the key step in antenna transition section leveling in TT&C system. To minimize the error of levelness deviation of two planes which caused by small size of the electronic level meters and roughness of the surface of large planes, methods based on least square fitting and plane fitting are proposed. Utilizing a large amount of data acquired by small level meter to build lines and planes, so the error caused by factors mentioned above is greatly suppressed. Results show that, compare to the levelness calculated by levelness of two planes which are represented by the center points of several directions, the line fitting and plane fitting methods are more scientific and more accuracy.
