Abstract
目的 探讨APPL1在胃癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 选取经手术切除的47例胃癌及23例正常胃组织,采用免疫组织化学SP法和逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法检测APPL1在胃癌及正常胃组织中的表达情况.结果 APPL1基因的蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达为59.6％ (28/47),正常胃组织标本组为26.1％ (6/23);其mRNA在胃癌中相对表达为0.821±0.141,正常胃组织中相对表达为0.731±0.112,两者比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 APPL1蛋白和mR-NA在胃癌组织中表达上调,与胃癌的发生及转移有关.
