精讲多练带教法在规范护士操作技能培训中的应用

Abstract
目的 探讨精讲多练带教法在规范护士操作技能培训中的应用效果.方法 将120名护理人员按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60名.对照组采用传统的操作培训模式;观察组采用操作技能培训中应用精讲多练带教法的培训模式,同时发放培训模式效果调查问卷60份.结果 观察组培训后理论考核成绩(84.52 ±4.92)分,高于对照组(82.83±3.76)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.103,P<0.05);观察组培训后操作考核成绩(83.33±3.94)分,对照组(81.30±3.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=- 3.067,P<0.05).观察组95%的护士对精讲多练带教法的培训模式和教学方法非常满意/赞成,90%的护士对教学管理、带教效果、带教培训的态度非常满意/赞成.结论 护理操作技能培训中应用精讲多练带教法,使培训更具针对性和个性化,能够及时反馈和纠正操作练习过程中存在的不足,激发练习的兴趣和主动性,有效提高护理教学质量.
