Abstract
目的 探讨抑癌基因PTEN蛋白表达在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)进展中的作用.方法 选择235例CIN患者,应用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测PTEN的蛋白表达.结果 CIN各级组织中PTEN蛋白阳性表达率:CIN Ⅰ级与CINⅡ级、CINⅢ级相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),CINⅡ级与CINⅢ级相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 随着宫颈上皮内瘤变病程的进展,PTEN蛋白表达有降低的趋势,提示PTEN蛋白表达的降低是宫颈组织恶变的早期信号.
