Abstract
目的 研究腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞用于分娩镇痛的临床效果和可行性.方法 200例足月初产妇,腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞产妇100例作为研究组,自然分娩100例作为对照组,应用WHO疼痛标准评价镇痛效果,比较两组患者产程进展、胎儿情况及失血量等临床指标.结果 与对照组相比,腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞镇痛效果显著(P＜0.01),副作用少,产程明显缩短(P＜0.01),失血量减少(P＜0.01),中转剖宫产率降低(P＜0.05);然而,新生儿窒息发生率与对照组无统计学差异.结论 腰麻j硬膜外联合阻滞是理想的分娩镇痛手段,具有镇痛快、效果好、使用安全等优点.
