Abstract
随着老龄化社会迅速发展,全髋、膝关节置换手术量不断增长,使国家医疗保险基金与老年患者就医负担不断加重.而术后早期活动可明显减少患者住院时间,降低医疗负担,提高关节功能.对全髋、膝关节置换患者术后早期活动概念、现状、实施障碍、消除障碍等内容进行综述,以期为医护人员展开规范高效的早期活动实践提供理论参考.
