Abstract
患者男,60岁,已婚,农民.主诉:左腘窝肿物12 d.既往史:类风湿关节炎10多年.起病初左腘窝出现约2.0 cm×1.0 cm结节,无疼痛,无畏寒发热,无皮肤红肿、破溃.12 d来肿物进行性增大,就诊时大小约12.0 cm×7.0 cm,伴有疼痛,左下肢活动受限,不能行走,偶有发热.于2008年11月30日在当地医院拟诊为"左腘窝脓肿",行手术切开引流,术中发现切口出血不止,遂止血包扎后当日送入我院.
