Abstract
心脏肿瘤发病率极低,其中恶性心脏肿瘤约占10％ [1 - 2].恶性心脏肿瘤患者就诊多以胸闷、气促为首发症状,出现症状时一般已发展至中晚期.如治疗不积极,患者保守生存期仅 6～ 12 个月[3].积极外科手术虽能适当延长患者生存时间,但结局并不理想.
