Abstract
目的 探讨胸膜孤立性纤维瘤(SFTP)伴低血糖昏迷患者的临床特点、病理特征及治疗.方法 回顾性分析解放军兰州总医院1 例巨大SFTP伴阵发性低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料,结合相关文献进行分析.结果 患者术后预后良好,低血糖症状消失,未再出现意识障碍.结论 巨大SFTP伴低血糖昏迷患者临床罕见,手术切除是目前SFTP的首选治疗方法,低血糖原因与多种因素综合作用有关.
