目前非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生、发展及转移机制的研究不断深入,关于NSCLC中Fas及Fas配体(FasL)蛋白的表达以及其介导的凋亡、免疫逃逸在肺癌发生发展、转移及预后中的作用机制研究不断涌现.探讨Fas-FasL系统在NSCLC发生发展中所起的作用,可为临床早期诊断肺癌、判断预后、设计新的治疗策略提供依据.
