OBSERVATION ON UL TRASTRUCTURAL LOCALISATION OF AUTOANTIBODIES IN PEMPHIGUS WITHIN THE EPIDERMIS

In this paper, ultrastrucawal localization of autoantibodies in 3 cases of pemphisus within the epidermis were studied with direct immunoperox idase method and ABC method. Our observation showed that immunoglobulins were localized in between the epidermal cells Electron-dense material indicating the presence of bound IgG, was found as lumpy deposits partially filling the intercellular space. There was no obvious local correlation to desmosomen, but the material seemed to stick to the epidermal cell surface. It is of help for the research of the pathogen esis of pemphigus. \r\n\r\nKey words: \r\nEpidermis; Antibodies
