Abstract
目的 探讨应用亲水角膜接触镜预防准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)超薄角膜瓣微皱褶的作用.方法 对超薄瓣LASIK术后32例(64眼)术后即刻佩戴和不佩戴亲水角膜接触镜,对比观察术后角膜瓣微皱褶发生率.结果 戴亲水性角膜接触镜组LASIK术后角膜瓣微皱折的发生率低于未佩戴者.结论 术毕即刻佩戴亲水角膜接触镜,作为眼睑和角膜瓣之间的物理屏障,使不恰当瞬目的力量不直接作用在角膜瓣上,减少和避免超薄角膜瓣的移位和皱褶.
