Abstract
目的 探讨成人Still病的特点及护理对策.方法 对13例成人Still病患者进行细致的观察并辅以心理护理和健康宣教.结果 本组13例患者经积极治疗和护理,临床症状缓解,好转出院,随访无复发.结论 成人Still病临床表现复杂多样,缺乏特异性诊断指标,容易漏诊、误诊.护士应当提高对此病的认识,密切观察病情,协助医生及早确诊,对患者提供心理支持,加强健康宣教,观察药物不良反应,减少并发症.
