髌上囊修复在股骨髁间粉碎性骨折内固定术中的应用

Abstract
目的 探讨髌上囊修复在股骨髁间粉碎性骨折内固定术中的应用价值.方法 对25例股骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者行骨折内固定后作髌上囊修复重建,其中直接缝合16例,以脂肪筋膜瓣重建9例.术后随访6～18个月,观察膝关节功能恢复情况.结果 术后膝关节功能恢复按Merchan评分标准评定:优19例,良6例.结论 髌上囊修复是防止股骨髁间粉碎性骨折内固定术后膝关节僵直的有效方法 .
