Abstract
目的 研究诊断肾穿刺活检术后出血的方法及其治疗.方法 回顾性分析2000年2月至2010年5月,我院300例肾病患者在B超引导下行肾穿刺活检术的临床资料.结果 300例中术后出血有60例,其中35例患者出血较严重,需输血;2例因大出血行超选择性肾动脉介入栓塞治疗后治愈;无死亡病例.结论 尽早采取正确的方法进行术后止血,可取得理想效果.
