Abstract
甲状腺癌是临床十分常见的恶性肿瘤,约占所有内分泌肿瘤的95％.全世界每年平均甲状腺癌发病122000例,已成为头颈部和内分泌肿瘤中发病率和死亡率最高的疾病.甲状腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,对人类健康构成了严重威胁.在甲状腺癌的分型中,甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)约占所有甲状腺癌的80％,其发病率远高于其他病理类型.文章主要对PTC的发生、发展以及预后相关基因研究进展进行综述.
