Abstract
临床实习是培养医学生临床基本素质的关键阶段.针对目前实习教学中存在的病例资源不足、教学条件欠缺、学生实践机会少等主要问题,尝试采用骨科病例库结合医学模拟人教学.使学生在短暂的实习期间全面接触大量的骨科病例、应用医学模拟人培训临床技能、高效率掌握骨科常见病的诊治,大幅改善实习教学效果.相关教学手段与方式的实践为实习教学改革提供了新思路.
