外泌体作为一种可运输生物活性物质的细胞外囊泡,具有抗肿瘤免疫及促进血管新生等生理功能.不同类型的细胞可以释放出不同种类的外泌体,在多种疾病发生、发展中起到了重要作用.近年来国内外研究发现外泌体的种类和数量与骨髓瘤患者的疾病状态及预后相关,这为骨髓瘤的诊断、预后评估及靶向治疗提供了新的思路.文章就外泌体在多发性骨髓瘤中的研究进展进行综述.
