全球医学教育最基本要求强调对医学生进行全方位的培养,传统的医学教学模式则着重知识的传授,忽视了临床综合能力的系统训练.第三军医大学西南医院神经外科提出建立系统的情景模拟教学模式,包括临床思维情景模拟训练,模拟操作训练,临床急诊情景模拟训练,医患纠纷情景模拟训练,模拟重大事件下的突发应急反应训练,从多方面系统地培养医学生的临床综合能力.
