摘要
Vasectomy is a surgical procedure for male sterilization. Despite being a minor operation, complications such as haematoma, infection and failed sterilization may occur. Urethrocutaneous fistula is a surgical complication usually occurring after hypospadias repair or secondary to treatment of a urethral growth. We present a case of iatrogenic urethrocutaneous fistula after vasectomy in a 32-year-old gentleman, treated successfully by non-operative management with suprapubic urinary diversion and to our knowledge is the first such case to be reported in literature.
