摘要
adenomas (9.2%) compared to matched controls (3.8%), which was statistically significant (p=0.034;adjusted OR 2.379; 95% CI: 1.067 -5.303).SOT recipients with negative baseline screening colonoscopy had more advanced CA (villous histology, size ‡ 10 mm, more than 3 polyps, presence of dysplasia) but those differences reflected a trend that failed to reach statistical significance. Conclusion: SOT recipients who are otherwise average risk appear at higher risk for developing larger advanced CA.These findings support a strategy for earlier and more frequent colonoscopic surveillance in SOT recipients, despite the absence of advanced histologic features.
