摘要

•Two new alkaloids were isolated from Crinum asiaticum L. var. asiaticum.•All compounds were evaluated for inhibitory potential against hCAII activity.•hCAII is the target of therapeutic intervention of glaucoma and cancer.•Compound 15 inhibited hCAII activity with minimal effective dose of 8.7 μM.
