蜗神经发育不良(cochlear nerve deficiency,CND)是指第八对颅神经的耳蜗支缺失(是)或细小,由House等于1989年首次提出[1],其病因及发病机制尚不明确,临床表现为感音神经性聋,研究发现先天性感音神经性聋患者中CND发生率为2.5％～21.2％[2].本文就蜗神经的胚胎发育、影像学诊断技术及人工耳蜗植入术前评估手段做一综述.
