Online fluorescence imaging method by reducing the inequivalent photobleaching for quantitative capillary electrophoresis

•A new approach is demonstrated to be efficient in restricting the quantification error caused by the inequivalent photobleaching•Simple approach with an online image fluorescent detection system, a self-scripted data processing program is constructed.•The proposed method releases the restrictions to the photostability of fluorophores.
