Optimal analysis for thermal conductivity variation of EVA/SCF composites prepared by spatial confining forced network assembly

摘要
•A comprehensive investigation on the effects of SCFNA method and related internal mixing process on thermal conductivity of EVA/SCF composite were performed.•Optimal parameters for internal mixing of EVA/SCF composites before SCFNA (40 rpm rotational speed and 140 ℃ rotational temperature) were researched and discussed.•Compared with traditional compounding method, the thermal conductivity of EVA/SCF composite can be enhanced by more than one order of magnitude while the material system kept unchanged.•A maximum thermal conductivity of 19.68 W/mK was obtained in the case of CR = 3.33 for EVA/SCF(50 wt%) with adequate mechanical property.•The effect of dicumyl peroxide crosslinker on EVA/SCF composite system were investigated.
