摘要
On September 19th, 2017, Mexico lived an earthquake were 369 people die. This traumatic experience could result in the development of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). We aimed to evaluate the expression of GR and FKBP5 one and seven months after the earthquake, to asses if changes in its expression are associated with PTSD diagnosis. Moreover, we analyze if the expression of these genes is related to the presence of Comorbid Psychiatric Disorders (PC) and the history of Childhood Maltreatment (CM).
