Climacturia refers to urinary incontinence associated with sexual arousal or activity. The Male Urethral “Mini-Sling” (MUMS), a modification of the “Mini-Jupette” procedure, is a surgical procedure performed at the time of inflatable penile prosthesis implantation, designed to address erectile dysfunction and climacturia or mild stress incontinence. We present our technique for inflatable penile prosthesis with the MUMS procedure. METHODS: We present a video and description of our surgical technique, along with side-by-side animated images to assist the viewer in understanding the various portions of the procedure. RESULTS: Our inflatable penile prosthesis with MUMS technique was reported in a recent publication, and has been shown to be safe and efficacious for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and climacturia or minimal stress urinary incontinence. Our technique is presented in an easy-to-follow way in this video. CONCLUSIONS: The inflatable penile prosthesis with MUMS procedure is an effective technique which can offer patients treatment of both erectile dysfunction and climacturia or minimal stress urinary incontinence in a single procedure.
