摘要

Described first in 1957 by Kaiser the eosinophilic gastro-enteritis is very rare. It affectes twice frequently the man than the woman in the third decade. When the lesion is isolated in the ileum, it sets some differential diagnosis difficulties. Our case illustrates this reality.
