Airways exposure of bacterial superantigen SEB enhances bone marrow eosinophil population and facilitates its egress to blood and lung tissue
Life Sciences(2021)
摘要
•Airways exposure to SEB causes blood, lung eosinophilia and bone marrow (BM) accumulation of mature eosinophils•SEB airways exposure increases BM eosinophils adhesion to VCAM-1 and ICAM-1•SEB airways exposure enhancement BM eosinophils CCR3 expressionn•SEB induces BM elevations of eotaxin, IL-5, IL-4, IL-3 and IL-7.•Our results contribute to elucidate BM events during SEB-induced lung inflammation
