摘要
Abstract Objective We are constantly adapting to teaching reform in the clinical teaching process, learning new teaching concepts and teaching methods, and exploring new teaching content and teaching methods. Method In clinical teaching, we adopt the teaching method of “Hand As Foot”, using fists to simulate the anatomical structure of the distal humerus, and at the same time extend the basic knowledge of surgery. Results In the clinical teaching process, the “Hand As Foot” teaching method was used to explain the anatomical structure of the distal humerus. Students can memorize the complex anatomical structure of the distal humerus and related surgical knowledge, which greatly stimulates students’ interest in learning and achieves good teaching results. Conclusion The “Hand As Foot” teaching method is a relatively novel teaching method. It was originally used for orthopedics teaching, and later expanded to various fields such as internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics. This teaching method is worthy of further optimization and promotion.
