The invention provides an information theory and quantum physics integrated quantum direct communication method and belongs to the technical field of quantum secure communication. According to the method, through combination of a classic communication security theory and a quantum information theory, secure capacity of channels within a period of transmitting sent data frames is estimated, the secure capacity is taken as upper limit of coding efficiency of current to-be-sent data frames, and a sequence before error correction coding of the current to-be-sent data frames is generated by encrypting an information sequence through utilization of a secure bit sequence, wherein the secure bit sequence is obtained through purification according to the corresponding secure capacity based on the sent data frames. A receiver obtains the secure bit sequence corresponding to the to-be-sent data frames through adoption of the same method and carries out decryption. Through combination of error correction coding, the information sequence is guaranteed to be received successfully. Through utilization of the method, a quantum secure communication system without key distribution channels can be built, according to the system, information can be directly transmitted in quantum channels, and information leakage can be monitored. The method is applied to communication processes such as secure phone calls and secure data transmission which require high secure guarantee.
