Study on the Interface Characteristics and Wear Resistance of Metal Matrix Composites at High Temperature

Heat resistant alloy materials are widely used in different fields of chemical industry, but the single metal material is difficult to adapt to the high temperature working environment and meet the requirements of wear resistance. In view of this, this paper analyzed the high temperature interface characteristics and wear resistance of metal matrix composites. Firstly, strengthening analysis of metal matrix composites by alloying method was carried out, then the metal matrix composites obtained by different reinforcement methods were analyzed, finally, the characteristics of high temperature interface and wear resistance were analyzed. The results show that adjusting the volume coefficient of metal particles can help to improve the interface properties and wear resistance of metal matrix composites at high temperature.
