Research on the Highly Efficient Synthesis of Nano-Porous ZSM-5 Zeolite and Its Catalytic Performance in Methanol Gasoline

In this paper, a single template method was used to investigate the synthesis of hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite by investigating the crystallization time and temperature. On this basis, this paper studied the catalytic performance of the molecule to methanol, and then calculated the ZSM-5 using the methanol conversion rate and liquid hydrocarbon mass formula. Finally, it is found that the reason for the deactivation of the catalyst is that when the temperature of the reaction tube is below 370 degrees C, the oil phase is yellow or it is not produced, and the water quality is obviously not good enough. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the catalyst of multiple catalytic factors, so as to promote the catalytic methanol production of gasoline technology and made it more perfect.
