Abstract
本研究结合日常病理诊断工作的实际需求和未来病理发展方向,系统分析了病理医师培训现状及开展临床科研培训的必要性,提出了临床科研培训的基本理念和实施策略.根据病理医师工作性质和特点,采用“模块化教学”方法,将培训内容分为临床病理讨论模块、科研前沿讲座模块、科研基础理论和技术培训模块、科研论文写作指导模块,实施结构化、系统化的临床科研规范化培训,提高了病理医师的临床科研素质.
