Abstract
The invention discloses a synthesis method of an ordered macroporous-mesoporous-microporous multi-level pore molecular sieve catalyst formed by stacking Beta molecular sieve nanometer crystals, wherein the ordered macroporous-mesoporous-microporous multi-level pore molecular sieve catalyst is prepared in a system adopting glycerol as a medium by combining a template method and a chemical crystal transformation method. According to the present invention, the important application value of the multi-level pore molecular sieve having the macroporous structure, the mesoporous structure and the microporous structure and the important scientific research significance of the multi-level pore channel ordered construction are combined, and compared with the traditional molecular sieve, the developed ordered macroporous-mesoporous-microporous multi-level pore channel structure molecular sieve has advantages of good catalysis activity, good selective catalysis performance, high structure stability, and broad application prospect.
