Abstract
•Six compounds were obtained from R. corchorifolius fruit for the first time.•R. corchorifolius flavonoids showed significant α-glucosidase/amylase inhibitory effect.•SPR and L-B revealed plot analysis the possible dynamic binding mechanism.•The enriched flavonoids can significantly reduce postprandial blood glucose.
