Abstract
In this study, we analyzed the relationship of renal function indicators in urine and changes of renal function in children patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN). The information of 62 patients and 30 healthy ones were retrospectively reviewed and compared, the concentration of urinary beta 2-micro globulin, urinary retinol-binding protein, urinary mALB, urinary transferrin ferritin, urinary alpha 1-MG, urinary creatinine N-acety1-beta-D-glucosaminidase were determined by full-automatic biochemistry analyzer. The level of beta 2-MG, RBP, urinary mALB, NAG, uTF and alpha 1-MG in children with HSPN were all higher than those in control group, in which except the RBP and NAG, others all have statistical significance (P<0.05). beta 2-MG and uTF were obvious abnormal with the rate of 67.74% and 62.90% respectively. The determination of above indexes was significant for early monitoring of kidney damage in children with HSPN and early intervention to prevent the progression of disease.
