The substances for detecting the polymorphism or the genotypesof the rs13259960 or other substances (such as substances for detecting other single nucleotide polymorphism or genotypes relevant to the systemic lupus erythematosus) are combined together for preparing products for screening the patients suffering from the systemic lupus erythematosus or detecting the susceptibility of the systemic lupus erythematosus.
