Volume fracturing technology on horizontal well in Shulu tight oil

At present, the development of resources has achieved a revolution from "unconventional resources" to "conventional resources" in North America. China's tight oil and gas reservoirs are widely distributed and the exploration potential is tremendous. Hydraulic fracturing has become the main treatment in these ultra-low permeability reservoirs. In this paper, a tight oil reservoir in Bohaiwan basin was presented with outstanding technical problems: special lithology, abnormal high stress, and the matching process optional difference. There is no field experience for the successful hydraulic fracturing treatment of horizontal well in this special lithology tight oil field. In order to achieve a breakthrough in this tight oil field, a new method "volume fracturing technology of acid fracturing" was presented which can reduce risk, and improve crack communication volume and flow capacity. After the two horizontal wells application obtain good results. Shutan 1H has the oil production of 243.6 m(3)/d and gas production of 7.4 x 10(4) m(3)/d, the daily production of 16 tons after three months, up to now the cumulative oil has been near 5000 tons, it was proven that the new model for hydraulic fracturing treatment is greatly improved in the tight oil development of China.
